Welcome to my new blog – it’s dedicated to the muses, which is the ethymologic explanation of the word mosaics.

I want to start with a link to Karl Lagerfeld – the greatest designer of all times, as you all know.
In his latest collection for Chanel he recalls the times of Byzance and its classic and sophisticated mosaics which recur especially in the jewellery and embroidery of his latest collection for Chanel called Paris-Byzance.

Find out more about the collection in the interview with Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel Newsblog

So please sit tight & stay tuned – I’m curious where this blog will lead us to.

Many greetings
Norbert
